Rental Qualifying Eligibility Criteria

 

Prime Partners, LLP d/b/a Prime Properties, uses multiple parameters, such as credit history, eviction history, criminal history, monthly debt obligations, monthly income totals, and pet risks, to assess whether or not to approve an application for renting one of our properties. You may be denied on the basis of an unsatisfactory credit, criminal, and/or eviction background, as well as having high risk pets (so-called “vicious breeds” of dogs, wild animals, etc.). Applicants with excessive monthly debt obligations and/or insufficient monthly income totals may also be denied their application. Any applicant with a history of breaching their lease obligations, combined with poor credit histories (FICO Scores less than 600), will, in all likelihood, be denied or will be required to pay additional deposit amounts sufficient to offset the risk factors present.
